My boyfriend and I love watching Top Chef. Every Thursday night my tv is set to record the latest episode of the awesome cooking show and come the weekend we’re off watching and discussing the latest Top Chef episode. Thus it is no surprise that when I heard Top Chef finalist and alum, Richard Blais partnered with Rubio’s Coastal Grill I was super excited.
The James Beard-Nominated Cookbook Author and Restaurateur has created a new line of adventure-inspired street tacos just for Rubio’s!
His offerings include a Hawaiian-inspired Hula Hula Carnitas Taco, a Blaised & Glazed Crispy Chicken Taco and Ancho Po-Boy Shrimp Taco. From Aloha eats to classic New Orleans cuisine; these tacos are sure to be loved by many. One can even customize the tacos with their choice of tortilla; flour, corn or “Keto-style” cheese tortilla.
The tacos will be served with choice of 2 of Rubio’s delicious sides . They will be available starting May 20 at Rubio’s locations in California, Arizona and Nevada.
